First, being an exceptional employee-centric framework that measures the levels of Trust, Pride and Camaraderie prevalent in an organisation. Second, through a questionnaire seeking to understand the people practices, philosophy and values of an organisation. Great Place To Work® Institute, India, which is in the 13th year of assessment, has identified the 100 best workplaces that include organisations across 16 industries, with employee strength ranging from less than 500 to more than 10,000, crushing the myth that organisations of certain inheritance, size or revenue have more chances to become great workplaces.
